Our business all started in 1998 when our wonderful owner, Parul, acquired the practice after dreaming of being an optician since she was little. Parul’s father was diagnosed with cataracts, which meant frequent visits with her father to the opticians, and this is where her interest began. With years of experience, state-of-the-art technology, and a team of highly skilled professionals, you can trust us to provide you with the best possible care. We understand that each patient is unique and has different needs, so each appointment is tailored to suit each individual and their eye care and eye health requirements.
Our Personalised Services
Eye Examinations are the backbone of what we provide at The Eyecare Studio. Understanding our patient’s eyes is our top priority, which is why we have invested in the latest equipment that you won’t find anywhere else in the area. We also provide contact lens fittings, ongoing care, and we will help you adjust to your new lenses.
In addition to our eye exams, we are also able to offer comprehensive assessments if we detect any signs of eye conditions or potential issues. We offer an OCT eye test and retinal imaging in practice to all our patients, which allows us to view a 3D image of the back of the eye. Thanks to this specialist equipment, we can detect eye diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, or diabetic retinopathy before you even notice any symptoms.
We also offer specialist dry and red eye assessments for those who are currently struggling with their symptoms. We use a range of treatments and techniques, including ZEST (Zocular Eyelid System Treatment) and Optilight.
Lastly, our children’s eye care is at the heart of what we do. Children often struggle to understand and communicate the issues when their vision is poor. We use a range of techniques such as pictures, numbers and shapes, adapting to each child if they are too young to talk or read.
